The Facts about Coastal Healing
We have included some information about our company and what benefits we can bring to our town. We are hoping we can count on your support and please feel free to share this information.
We are Coastal Healing, located at 248 State Rd. a property zoned in the BUSINESS District and NOT RESIDENTIAL District.
We too live in Westport and have chosen to bring the tax revenue here and not somewhere else.
We have been in the Town approval and state licensure stages for over 3.5 years.
- We were granted a letter of non-opposition by the Town of Westport and approved by the Cannabis Control Commission as a vertically integrated medical cannabis facility in 2017.
- The Westport Planning Board approved our Special Permit and Site Plan in 2020.Our medical cannabis facility is currently under construction and we are pursuing the approval and licensure as an adult-use (recreational) facility.
During construction we are hiring locally as much as possible, and once in operation, we will make every effort to continue to hire locally.
