Yes we will receive a copy of your order at our facility and will work quickly to have it prepared upon your arrival.

Every time you visit either our medical marijuana dispensary or recreational dispensary, you’ll need to bring a valid ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID, military ID, or passport) and whatever method of payment you’re planning to use. For those visiting our medical dispensary, you’ll also need to bring your state-issued Patient or Caregiver ID card.

Coastal Healing Will be open Daily from 9am-8pm. Now welcoming both Adult Use/Recreational Use and Medical!

Yes there is plenty of parking on site. We also ask that you show up on time for the appointment you make.

We accept cash and debit. A bank processing fee of $3.50 is applied to each debit transaction.

Safe Disposal:
Coastal Healing accepts returns for safe disposal of any unopened and unused products in the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Coastal Healing cannot refund any money or form of payment that was exchanged between a retailer and a customer or issue any store credit.

Product Exchange Consideration:
Coastal Healing may consider returned products for exchange or replacement within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Coastal Healing dispensary personnel will evaluate the product(s), original contents, original packaging, as well as the receipt to consider any product replacement or exchange, at the dispensary personnel’s discretion.

Coastal Healing cannot offer patients or consumers any product exchange consideration for returns beyond the 14-day return policy.

Accessories:
All sales are final for Adult and Medical use Marijuana accessories sold at Coastal Healing dispensary. Adult and Medical use Marijuana accessories may come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If any Adult and Medical use Marijuana accessories with a limited manufacturer’s warranty are defective or malfunction, the patient or consumer should contact the manufacturer directly to receive repair, servicing, or exchange of warrantied products.

No. it is not legal to smoke adult-use marijuana in a public place and smoking marijuana is also prohibited in all areas where smoking tobacco is not allowed.

We will have security guards on staff patrolling the outside areas around the parking lot and have closed system video cameras to monitor and record around the parking lot.

No, you cannot fly with any purchases. You may only travel within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with your recreational and medical products. Keep in mind that packages should remain unopened and away from the driver.

If you’re a Massachusetts resident, and you have a qualifying medical condition, you may sign up for the Medical Use of Marijuana Program. For more information click here.

A Massachusetts resident 18 years of age or older who has been diagnosed by a certifying physician as having a debilitating medical condition may become a qualifying patient. Massachusetts residents under the age of 18 will only qualify under limited circumstances and with an elevated standard.

Get an appointment with your qualified health care provider. This is required in order to begin the registration process. Your provider will evaluate you to determine if you are qualified for the medical use of marijuana.

When your health care provider has issued you a certification, you can register for the Medical Use of Marijuana Program. If this is your first time registering, your provider will give you a PIN; this PIN is required for you to register in the MMJ Online System.

The following conditions have been approved by the Commonwealth to qualify for medical marijuana: Cancer, Glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS), Crohn’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and/or other debilitating conditions as determined by a patient’s certified physician in writing.

MA law allows a qualifying patient to possess up to a 60-day supply of marijuana for his or her personal medical use. The regulations define a 60-day supply as up to 10 ounces.

Yes. Massachusetts law has a “reciprocity clause” which permits patients from outside of Massachusetts to be in possession of medical marijuana while in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Even better, Massachusetts has legalized recreational cannabis making it possible for patients from out of state to purchase recreational products.
